Q.
My would be 4 months old baby boy takes less nap for 2 days...when I feed him that moment he sleeps ..after 10mins he wakes up...does such short naps 2-3 days in a week...why is it happening?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 weeks agoA. dear mum, sleeping pattern varies from baby to baby. some babies sleep for a shorter duration and some longer. if baby is feeding well and is active , alert then do not worry.

Groth spurt can be a possibility to be seen this way where you can expect the child can actually have the same kind of behaviour as you mentioned which is completely normal for their age and you need not worry about it but for the timing you’ll have to adjust with your child
