Hello sir If the ultrasound is showing nil then how can your wife be pregnant because you normally go for an ultrasound only to figure out whether the pregnancy is correct or not or you go for a blood test to know the same but apart from that there is no third way to figure that out. So please consult your gynaecologist once in detail for a better understanding over this thing
