My two and a half year old daughter has itching in the genitals what to do?

A. hi..could u seen any rash as such. apply coconut oil on her genitals and see if it goes of in a day or two. aslo When u touch her anal part to apply coconut oil observe if she is crying or not? or it could be mostly worms only... check with doc ..
