Q.

My twins has fever without any Other symptoms..what is possible cause for it .. which medicine should I give them.. along with fever syrup .. I have levokast syrup

A. hi. if your child have only fever then give only pcm in rigbt dose.. also keep a track on body temprature give him lots of fluids and rest. o k
