My twins are 8 months and 11 days old.what can I feed them?Would you please suggest me?A short meal chart. Is current weight of the baby 8 kg normal? My kids are not chubby ๐ข

well your babies weighs really good.
please don't take stress for his or her appearance because for a child,it is not necessary to look Chubby ,it is more important to stay happy and active then any other things.
so please focus on healthy development of your child.
offer homemade healthy food .
you can offer semisolid food thrice in a day
so you can offer food like sheera, rab, porridge, khichdi, soup, dal rice etc to your child.
but please prefer homemade healthy food.
