The ideal food for proper growth of the babies and also immunity of the babies is high protein diet
Include eggs and non veg food and also fruits

The Food that you are eating on an every day basis that’s the right kind of food that you should be giving to the child after the age of 12 months as there is no restriction on any kind of food to be given to the child so try to keep it more regular as much as you can
