My twin daughters are 3.2 years old and are having hair fall. Is this common?

A. It can be due to some infection or can be due to nutritional deficiency. A proper examination by the doctor is required. Use shampoos low on chemicals and made from natural substances. Do not tie your child's hair too tight. Avoid combing wet hair. Massage your kid's hair with coconut oil. Give foods rich in vitamins A, C, E, zinc, iron and biotin. Ask your doctor whether they can be given any vitamin or zinc supplements. Mix Amla juice with coconut oil or almond oil and then apply on your kid's scalp.
