my toddler is always on mobile watching cartoons. how do I make him get his concentration out of mobile.

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
offer more liquid and fruits

U Should involve your child more into physical games just distract your child spend more time with your child and that is how you will probably be able to get your child out of it so it’s very important that you do not show mobile to the child because it actually lead to a lot of delay in growth
