my thumb is paining alot due to holding baby in the same position .what to do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 5 months old and if your thumb is paining due to the faulty holding of your baby in the same position then imagine how much he may be having a problem please change your habits

A. mam please try to hold the baby alternatively in both hands. also try to keep the baby on bed to give rest to your fingers. do some exercises of your hands to regulate the blood flow. drink turmeric milk which is also beneficial.
