My three year old kid has crack foot. I'm applying Cetaphil body lotion daily.Sometimes she walk with bare foot. Do I need to change the lotion or is it normal because she is walking with bare foot.

A. Apply lubricating creams to the soles of your child's feet several times a day, especially after removing moist socks. Use over-the-counter products that your doctor suggests. These may include Cetaphil, Lubriderm, or Eucerin. Petroleum jelly (such as Vaseline) and vegetable shortening (such as Crisco) also work.
