my three year old has 99.1 degree temperature is it a fever?? should I give her paracetamol cause I have a newborn at home...is it contagious?

A. good evening dear better to consult your doctor then give any medication to baby also you can give water to drink khichuri boil potatoes in babies diet also give breastfeeding. don't give self medication.
