My three year old boy has been coughing for 3 days. Now his voice is affected. I have been giving him Ambrolite S. But I don't know what to do about the throat. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalationz. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remzedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
