my thermometer reading is 01.0 F is it fever?

A. if the temperature is 99 degree fahrenheit then you felt it is fever and also see other symptoms according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be helpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
