98.7 F temperature is normal tempetur or baby having fever, baby body is warm bt thermometer show 98.7 F he also having urine infection

the temperature 100 f or above is considered as fever in babies
so don't worry
but for urine infection , please prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
avoid using diapers
keep that area clean and dry
maintain good hygiene
