That’s very very common as loss of appetite is very commonly seen with kids during this time so we always recommend that you should try and going ahead with more of liquid for the child in this case because at least your child is going to be sufficiently full with proper liquid that you gave so try to focus upon that and if you giving Khichdi or Delhi also try to keep the consistency as much good liquid as you can
