my sons front upper teeth fallen naturally in May 2023 but after 8 months it's not coming. how much time normally takes for growing of front upper teeth.

usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts.
consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. It will come when the Gamda ready for the next eruption so currently there is no problem with that and sometimes the teeth can fall and it can come after one year also also but that is totally normal and natural so nothing to be worried as of now
