Q.

My son will be completing 14 months on 2nd Jan. Till now, not a single tooth has erupted. Pl let me know whether it's a matter of concern. My home pediatrician is saying it can take upto 18 months for 1st tooth eruption. What will happen if tooth doesn't erupt till 18 months?

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. deficiency is there or not will be told by the doctor there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side will emerge so wait

A. Hello mom Every baby development cycle is different and same applies on teething. Some babies teething starts after baby turns one year old. And it is good if teething starts late. You can start giving homeopathic medicine name denton it is very effective in teething Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
