my son who turns 5 yrs was born as premiee baby with less weight @ 645, his current weight 13 kg and height 99 cm. i checked with dr tell me to give more nutrients food along with vitamin d and tonoferon syrup daily to him and ask to do some any growth deficiency are there to check. kinfky advuse

A. hello since your child birth weight was low the current weight is also low and is absolutely nothing to worry if the child is active and it s also reaching the milestone and try to give a balance food in the diet and absolutely nothing to worry any concern check with your doctor
