my son who is 9 years old have this kind of white patch on his leg . please guide what it could be

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pitgyriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain ag good hygiene .
