Q.

my son was getting a fever yesterday I am using paracetamol serape but fever again comes can u plz suggest any antibiotics

A. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he is getting a fever so paracetamol is not working then you should give him syrup ibugesic plus syrup 3.5 ml three times a day and plenty of water
