hi, I have a baby boy with 2yrs old got fever from last 3 days using medicine paracetamol P-120 but after few hrs again he is getting fever with 100 temperature. may I know which medicine is better to use with antibiotic.

A. Most bacterial infections improve within 48 to 72 hours of starting an antibiotic. If your child's symptoms get worse or do not improve within 72 hours, call your child's doctor.
