Q.

My son teeth get in deform manner so can I consult to dentist or wait for permanent teeth and his speech is not so much clear so i have to do his speech therapy

A. visit a dentist and get proper checkup and treatment done. do not wait for the permanent teeth to erupt . otherwise also dental visit is mandatory every 6 months .

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to wait for some time with these are milk teeth of the child and gradually the child would be able to get permanent teeth which will definitely be better
