ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. these are cavities. visit a dentist and get them treated. do not ignore. visit a pedodontist. avoid sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits, avoid night feed. brush twice daily using a grain size of kids age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste
