my son still didn't get all the teeth he will be 2yr by 18th January.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello by 2 year child may not have all the teeth but it will be able to have most of the teeth and by the the time the child is 3 yrs and most children will usually have all of their baby teeth by age 3 and maintain a proper oral hygiene which is important
