my son's wisdom tooth is getting black, he is 4.5 yrs old any treatment for this? did he get new wisdom tooth?

ExpertDr Suruchi JunejaPediatric Dentist8 months agoA. Dear parent, firstly wisdom tooth is a permanent molar which erupts after 18 years. It must be a milk tooth. If it has a cavity, it should be treated by filling . A deep cavity requires RCT or root canal treatment. Please consult your nearest pediatric dentist
