Improve your sons diet lack of nutrients can cause this
Include protein and calcium rich food in the diet like milk, curd, paneer, ragi, jowar, bajra, oats, green vegetables, sprouts, beans and dals
Make sure the child is having 2 servings of fruits and 3-4 servings of vegetables every day
Give small and frequent meals
Improve water intake to 2l per day
Dry fruit atta ladoo, milk and banana with peanut butter, paneer or veg paratha, cheese sandhwich , dal cheela, khichdi, sprouts cheela, idli , dosa, smoothies can be given to child
If weight does not increases after giving a heathy diet consult a doc soon
