my son's bum & inner thighs have become very black, red & dry skin due to diaper. is there any guaranteed cream to lighten or fade away the dark patches

A. my suggestions will be to massage that area with coconut oil or olive oil.. that will help to lighten the area.. it helps in keeping the skin well moisturized and also improve skin tone..
