Q.

My son’s bum hve become red n he cries a lot as it pains what should I do ???

A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas relfated discomfort which can be relieved by medicine like colicaid /gastica drops. other reasons could be nasal blocgkage, ear pain, diaper rash and more which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .
