my son is not speaking at all he only says numbers letters how to make him speak to us

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the spevech does not comes evevn by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

U See maybe your child is just not learning new words which is why you are concerned about it I’m just going to advise you as of now you should definitely get a check with a speech therapist was probably the doctor would be able to tell you better all that if any therapies are required then also the doctor can advise your
