my son is not even saying a word ..it's been 2 years..but he understands what we speak mostly.. what should I do..not even one word he is speaking...only sounds he make

So communicate more and more with your child try to make your child speak behind you you should do some poems and rhymes with your child with which your child would be more interested in repeating behind you and hopefully this is going to help and if the child doesn’t pick up by the time of 2 1/2 years speech therapist but right now you should just try and communicate more and more
