my son is just 17days old, he is crying at motion time, first motion come very thick and later it will be waterish. kindly help us on this

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydrahtion is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could nybe bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

Dr say that sometimes it can cry while passing urine or motion but it is completely normal if this happens on an everyday basis and your child is having only water motion only then you can get a check with the doctor wants to have better clarity on the situationWrite Your Answer Here
