My son is having vomiting and loose stools from last 3-4 days. is it due to teething?

A loose motions can be but not vomiting if loose motions and vomiting are happening together they can be a possibility that your child may either having indigestion issue food poisoning stomach infection so these are the common things when both the things usually happen at the same time but you should check with your doctor for confirmation and they can advise accordingly
