my son is having trouble in passing gas. what to do ?

Author of questionGuardian of a 4 yr old boy3 years agoA. is that gas problem is related to sleeping Position of baby also ? I have observed that when my babyb sleeps on left of right side Position, he sleeps peacefully and there is no gas. but as and when he sleeps straight on back, he is having trouble.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factogtrs include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper burping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctor in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
