my son is having fever from evening, I had given paracetamol at 6pm again now at 11pm fever is 101. how much gap after should I give another dose

A. yes you can repeat it in 4 to 6 hours. make sure to give pcm in the right dose. . give him more rest n offer adequate liquids o k
