my son is having fever 100.5 wat to do i alredy gave him parcetmol

A. Continue paracetamol every six hours which is what you can repeat and if the fever doesn’t subside maximum by the time of 72 hours then in that case you can consult your doctor right now the temperature is not much so you can also do cold sponge to reduce the temperature
