Q.
My son is having cold continuously after he joined school... what shall I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this .
cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done agnd according to the type of cough its prescribed.
if any ftever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

it is very common problem now days
please avoid all packed food and products with refined flour
please give healthy and tasty home made food
please include green leaf veggies and fruit
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
