my son is having a mild fever at night only. he don't have cold or cough.then what could be the reason

A. Fever is not necessary associated with cold or cough sometimes it could be associated with sudden dip or sometimes whether it could be associated with getting extremely exhausted also continue with paracetamol every six hours if there is temperature and connect with your doctor if needed
