My son is grinding his teeth frequently when he is awake, Is it normal? He enjoys it!!

babies during teething phase suffer from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth and they tend to grind their teeth to get relief from the itching.
other reason can be due to worms in stomach.
consult with your pediatrician for proper examination
