my son is getting fever from today but he is getting again high fever with in 4 hours of giving paracetamol what to do

A. hi. please give paracetomol syrup in every 4 to 6 hours. you can also do tepid sponging with room temprature water to bring diwn high temprature, consult yiur doctor once.
