my baby 2 year-old having high fever 104.. when giving paracetamol it is getting reduced...but again coming back with in 4 hours...and she is active at that time and becoming dull after 4 hours this is third day of fever...I'm worried please help

you can give every fourth hourly if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
