My son is four months old. Can I start giving him soft food such as rice-water/mashed banana etc in small amounts?

A. absolutely no requirement of giving anything if you are breastfeeding your baby at regular intervals because the mother's milk is very nutritious and also provides hydration by its initial watery portion called for milk
