my son is crying befor he pass urine. this is normal or abnormal

if a child is showing other discomfort like excess crying while passing urine ,urine with fishy or foul smell , fever , irritability etc
then please visit your pediatrician.
offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child.
avoid using diapers for now.
keep that area clean.
