Aveeno you can use but it is not going to be enough because it is going to help in smoothening the skin will not help in reducing the blackness for that I would recommend you since winters are also approaching why don’t you make your child wear proper lowers which I like having an elastic at the edge which is why it is going to be comfortable for the child to wear and their legs and feet will also not get dirty
