Q.

My Son is coughing bit more and he has phlegm which is causing inconvenience in breathing. Can you prescribe any syrup? Or needed to visit a doctor directly?

A. Thank you for your quick support Sir. Nasal drops how many drops we should usefor every 3 hrs Sie?

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.x give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk. x
