Do hot water compress
Do breast sagging exercise
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding

Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetables in different shape colours pattern
