they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility ofx starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

See if the problem is persisting for a long time then maybe it’s an allergy that your child is having if you’re required you can kindly consult your paediatrician further get an allergy test done and according to that they can help you with better medication to avoid this issue completely
