Q.

my son is 9 months 2 weeks still he doesn't sit on his own nor with support only he crawls nd go forward and backward...is it fine or i need to worry...wen ideally they start to sit... pls share ur experience

A. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also. if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage whichx will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling. in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child zwill begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without support. take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.

A. Babies typically begin to crawl between 6 and 10 months, although some skip the crawling phase and go straight to pulling up, cruising, and walking. You'll know your little one is almost ready to crawl when he starts doing mini push-ups, lifting, or propping himself up on his arms.
