my son is 8 weeks old, he was born at 37weeks with birth weight of 2.02 kg.. everything seems fine but our pediatrician told to get a echo test done and she told this is told to all babies. kindly let me know if it told to all babies or babies born low weight

To gain proper growth nutrition plays an important role . please óffer protein rich diet like egg, soyabean, pulses,sprouts also add energy in food in terms of gheeand sweet.
You must indulge kid in exercise and different outdoor games to stimulate bone growth centres.
Also consult with pediatrics endocrinologist.
