my daugher was born at 34 weeks and her weight at the time of birth was 1.745 kg after 2 weeks at a NICU her weight is 1.6 kg what precaution I should take to increase her weight.

A. good evening it is best to give mothers milk to the baby because of any reason it is not available I would recommend you to give formula milk alongside to make sure that the baby is able to gain weight
