My son is 8 months old old, could I give salt?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, yes you can definetly give salt but not more than a pinch or two would be fine,use seendha or rock salt are good alternatives. Lemon can also be used instead,
